DJ Coastal Art does not target and is not intended to attract children under the age of sixteen. We collect: Name, address, email address, telephone number, signature

Why: We collect your details to establish who is attending for the purposes of maintaining a retail database and contact list. To enable opportunities such as workshops, exhibitions, retail opportunities and news about DJ Arts to be emailed out following the event.  It is our legitimate interest to process your personal data for these purposes.

  • Artists registration for the exhibition and retail of artwork

We collect: Name, address, email address, telephone number, signature, company name, bank details

Why: We collect this information to create your Artist Retail account.  This will allow us to advertise your work via our website, email and via exhibitions.  We do not pass the contact details directly to the potential purchaser or advertise the contact details unless specifically requested to do this.  It is our legitimate interest to process your personal data for these purposes.

  • Volunteers of DJ Coastal Art 

We collect: Name, address, email address, telephone number, employment status, next of kin, signature

Why: This information is used to maintain contact with our volunteers and keep HR records.  

  • Finance

We collect: Name, address, contact number, email address, company details/ ID, bank details.

Why: This information is used to pay invoices, send invoices and to pay artists commission. The yearly accounts require, names and address of accountants and solicitors.

DJ Coastal Art  uses the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your purchase, delivery, events, workshops, sale opportunities, and other types of relevant updates.
